1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at 7maintain.com (the "Website"), operated by SEVEN TWENTY DEGREES (Pty) Ltd, Registration Number 2023/212025/07 ("we", "us").
1.2 By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1.3 Use of the 7Maintain platform itself is governed by the Master Subscription Agreement, not these Terms. Our collection of Personal Information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3.1 Some features require an account. Access to the 7Maintain platform is currently by invitation only — accounts and organisations are created by us or via an access code we issue. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
3.2 You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to act for the organisation you represent, to create an account.
3.3 We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used unlawfully.
You shall not: (a) use the Website unlawfully; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or related systems; (c) introduce malicious code or interfere with operation; (d) scrape, harvest or copy content except as permitted; (e) post unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful content; or (f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5.1 All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, the 7Maintain™ name and trade mark, software and design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. The 7Maintain trade mark is the subject of a CIPC trade-mark application (Class 42) and is used as 7Maintain™.
5.2 You may view and print Website content for your own internal, non-commercial reference. No other use, copying or distribution is permitted without our prior written consent.
The Website may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we exclude implied warranties. Information on the Website is general and not professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 where it applies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability arising from the Website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
You indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website.
We may change these Terms or the Website at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date. We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website without notice.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa; you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, KwaZulu-Natal Division, Pietermaritzburg.
